As many of you know, I am a HUGE fan of the show Scandal, and I typically am watching to see what ‘Olivia’ will be wearing. Her wardrobe never ceases to amaze me. From the infamous white Burberry Pea-coat we saw last season, to her ability to make wearing light colored neutrals effortlessly chic and powerful.
